Indian Forum Awards does not store complete card, UPI, banking, or other payment instrument credentials on its own servers. Payment processing is subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment gateway and financial institution.
Once payment is successfully completed, the applicant may receive a payment confirmation and/or invoice through the registered contact details or applicant portal.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Where an applicant creates an account, the applicant is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out through their account.
