This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to payments made through the Indian Forum Awards website for award applications, nominations, processing fees, award packages, registration fees, or other services offered by Indian Forum Awards.
By making a payment through our website, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this policy.
Application, nomination, registration, processing, and package fees are generally non-refundable once the application has been successfully submitted and processing has commenced.
Applicants should carefully review the selected award category, package, applicant information, and applicable fee before completing payment.
If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same application, please contact us with the relevant transaction details.
Where a duplicate payment is verified, the additional payment may be refunded to the original payment method, subject to verification and applicable payment processing requirements.
Duplicate payment refund requests should normally be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
If money has been debited from your bank account or payment instrument but the application/payment status on our website shows as unsuccessful or incomplete, please contact us with the transaction reference or payment details.
We will verify the transaction with our payment gateway.
If the payment was successfully received by us but the corresponding service/application was not activated due to a technical issue, we will either:
If Indian Forum Awards cancels an award category, event, or paid service before the applicable service is delivered, we may provide an eligible refund to affected applicants.
The refund amount and applicable process will depend on the specific circumstances and the service purchased.
A refund will generally not be provided in the following circumstances:
Payment of an application or processing fee does not constitute a guarantee of award selection or recognition.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction, subject to the payment gateway’s procedures and applicable law.
Approved refunds will generally be initiated within 7–10 business days after confirmation of refund eligibility.
The actual time for the amount to appear in the customer’s bank account, card account, UPI account, or other payment instrument may depend on the relevant bank, card network, UPI provider, payment gateway, or financial institution.
Razorpay’s merchant terms also provide that refunds are routed to the same payment method through which the transaction was processed.
